Ondine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Psychology, Maths) and a Master of Arts (Psychology) from The University of Sydney.
This was followed by a 2 year supervised program by another Psychologist to obtain registration.
Ondine is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioners
Registration Agency (AHPRA).
Following her extensive study, she then completed a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England.
Ondine is a highly experienced and qualified individual who will ensure you receive high quality ethical treatment.
She partners with you to help deal with your personal and work issues. It is her goal to reduce distress and promote your
emotional well-being, psychological health and happiness.
With 28 years experience, she has worked with adults in clinical and organisational settings. Ondine uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to facilitate change – this is based on the idea that feelings such as anxiety, depression and anger are largely caused by irrational thoughts. Changing how you think – as well changing your behaviour – will have positive results on how you feel.
Ondine is flexible and creative in her style, using a tailored approach that works for you. She can help you:
Ondine is empathetic with how you think, feel, act and interact with others, including if you’re from a different culture and country. This is demonstrated in her ability to speak English, French, Arabic and understands conversational Greek and Italian. Her next goal is to learn how to speak Spanish.
She lived in Dubai for nearly 7 years

She lived in Dubai for nearly 7 years and was privileged to work with people around the globe. She co-presented a paper in an international forum to the United Nations, World Customs Organisations in Brussels on capacity building. Ondine is also a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessor and has her Change Management Certification with PROSCI (a global affiliate network).
She used to volunteer her time at the Salvation Army as a telephone counsellor. Recently she became a volunteer for White Ribbon to raise awareness and change attitudes and behaviours which lead to violence against women.
By confidentially speaking to a qualified professional, Ondine will identify your problem without judgement or criticism.
She understands it may be hard for you to take the first step and see a Psychologist. But psychologists are ordinary people, just like you. The difference is, you share your thoughts with someone not personally involved in your life, and together, Ondine works with you towards guided and practical solutions.
She helps you to relax and feel comfortable, in a supportive, calm and respectful environment. Ondine is an energetic and dynamic counsellor and approaches her work with compassion, enthusiasm and professionalism.
